We have tried to provide as much useful information as possible on our website and have listed the most frequently-asked questions we are asked. If you still cannot find the answer you need, please feel free to call or e-mail us!

Qu: Can parents or attending adults take pictures and/or video?
Ans: Yes, not a problem. You can photograph from in the control room or join the guests in the studio

Qu: Is there somewhere for adults and parents to watch?
Ans: Yes,up to 4 spectators can watch from the control room and/or studio. There is also a reception area and lounge where parents can have a free tea or coffee while waiting.

Qu: Is there car parking near by ?
Ans: Yes. There is ample free car parking right outside, large enough to accommodate the longest limousine!

Qu: Do I have to order the Presentation Frame or copies of the boxed CD's before the Recording Party?
Ans: No, you can order at the time of the Recording Party, preferably near the beginning. A member of staff will ask you if a frame or upgrade is required when the producer is taking the guests through the preamble.

Qu: Do I have to choose the songs to be recorded before the Recording Party?
Ans: Yes, it's best to select the chosen songs from our backing track list which can be downloaded from our site in advance so we have time to prepare.

Qu: What if the song I want to record is not on the list?
Ans: Not all songs are available in backing track format but we will try to procure the song on your behalf from one of our suppliers. There is no charge for this service.

Qu: What is not included in the price?
Ans: The only item not included is a birthday cake but you are welcome to bring one along.

Qu: Is the minimum age for your Recording Parties fixed at 8 years old?
Ans: Yes. In our experience of 10 years of providing Recording Parties, we have found the under 8's attention span makes it very difficult for them to be able to record multiple takes of a song.

Qu: Are the numbers of guests attending fixed?
Ans: No. We are able to add extra guests to our Recording Party packages at extra cost.

Qu: What do the party bags contain and can I add items I bring along?
Ans: The party bags contain sweets, balloons, flyers and of course, a copy of the finished CD. Yes you can bring along additional items if you wish.
