Come on down, the party's in town!

Think you're good at karaoke or SingStar? Come down to Soundlab Studios and record your favourite songs with some friends in our professional recording studio! Great for birthday parties, team building exercises, Hen parties or just some general fun and a pop star experience for you and some friends.

 

Our recording parties can cater for up to 8 people, with the chance to sing at least 3 of your favourite songs. Every party experience includes a free personalised master CD for all participants to take home at the end of the day!

We also have a lounge area with complimentary tea, coffee, Netflix and WIFI!

When you arrive at Soundlab studios you will be greeted by one of our friendly Soundlab staff who will show you through to the recording studio.

 

We will have a projector set up displaying all the lyrics for your songs, with the backing tracks ready to go.

 

Each singer will have their own microphone and we will run through each track a few times to get the best takes out of our singers.

At the end of the session your tracks will be mixed and edited by one of our professional engineers to give each of you a mastered CD to take home.

ROOM (£50)

We have another studio which can be hired as a party room. In here you can lay out snacks and refreshments and can also be used as a waiting area.

REFRESHMENTS (£20)

What's a party without food and drink? Snacks, crisps as well as water and a selection of fizzy drinks are supplied for you and your party guests! 

  • How do I find you?
    TUBE: 5-10 min walk from Debden Tube Station (Central Line). Walk out from station to the main road, cross over the road at the traffic lights and walk about 200 yards to your left. Here you will find an alley leading to the industrial estate, next to "Terry Tews". Walk to the other end of the industrial estate, we are in the far right hand corner. CAR: Close links to M11 (Northbound) Come off at Loughton and take first left at the lights (Oakwood Hill). Then turn right into the industrial estate, a left at the T junction and drive all the way to the end. We are in the corner on the right hand side. We have ground floor access as well as free parking.
  • How do I book?
    Fill out the contact form and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! Alternatively give us a call on 0208 508 2726 or email us directly at soundlabstudiosuk@gmail.com.
  • What happens once I have booked?
    Once you’ve booked in a time with us we will ask for a deposit to secure the booking. This is usually 50% of the total price, or you can choose to pay the whole amount before to save hassle on the day. When this has been paid and we have confirmed your date, we will ask you for your song choices so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive!
  • Can I bring my own food and drink?
    You may bring your own food and drink as long as you have booked the extra party room (£50). We will have this room laid out for you when you arrive so you can set everything up quickly and easily. Alternatively, we can provide enough food and drink for you on the day for £20 if you request it.
  • Can I bring extra guests?
    If you have booked an experience with us then you may bring along a few extra people who can sit in and watch the recording unfold! If you have booked a party please only bring the amount of guests specified during booking. If you would like to change this number please let us know beforehand. Maximum of 8 guests.
  • What time is the session
    When you contact us we will book in a time that is best for you. We try to keep the sessions to the mornings/afternoons, between 10am - 4pm.
  • What songs can we record
    You can record covers of your favourite songs as long as the instrumentals are available for us to use. This is why it is important to discuss the song choices beforehand. If you would like to record vocals to your own song, be sure to let us know and bring in/send us the instrumental beforehand.
  • Do you provide any other recording services?
